LaShonna (Georgia) writes: Mrs. Starr, I want a nice, casual, low-key spot to celebrate my birthday with some friends. I would like somewhere with music, good libations, and good food. I live in the Atlanta metro area, approximately 5-10 guests and a place that African-American young professionals will enjoy.
