Let’s face it.  Trying to plan and pay for a wedding in this economy can be a let down.  Couples are having to trim and rework their wedding budgets in order to have the wedding of their dreams without breaking the bank.

Champaign is often associated with celebrations and special occasions. Many wedding vendors include a champagne toast as a complimentary service with the purchase of a wedding package and champagne is purchased by the truckload for celebratory holiday’s such as New Years. The appeal of champagne is due largely to the bubbles that seemingly explode e from the bottle as it is uncorked. However, if you are like me you could do without the actual taste of champagne. Because many guests do not like the taste of champagne you can save money (by buying fewer bottles) while providing guests with a toasting beverage that is pleasing to their pallet.
