Guacamole is a lot easier to make than most people would imagine. Here is a simple recipe for Classic Guacamole that can be used for your next dinner party!
Ingredients:
- 4 Hass avocados
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 c. Red Onion, sliced
- 5 jalapeno chilies or serrano chiles, stems removed; seeded and minced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
